A major capital programme under intense delivery pressure against a fixed deadline. We brought the governance, structure and hands-on leadership to steady it and see it through to a successful handover.
We bring governance, structure and hands-on delivery to complex digital transformation. Across a 10,000-staff NHS Foundation Trust, that meant the creation of a digital and innovation portfolio — designing new processes for ideas and proposals, building a trust-wide knowledge hub, and establishing new ways to share information, digital skills and collaborative working.
On the ground with the local team, coordinating a complex live production to an immovable opening night — across languages, time zones and trades.
Management of 22 concurrent projects requiring extensive logistical, operational and stakeholder coordination — including the installation of new technology. We addressed the key risks and issues to mitigate delays and keep impact to budgets minimal.
